Can you have a itunes account on two different computers and download songs onto an iphone on both computers?

my main computer got a virus and it had my main itunes account on it. so i want to get my itunes account on a different computer and be able to download songs onto my iphone from that computer. i downloaded itunes and put my apple id in. but it doesnt show my iphone on there. how do i do it? please help.
