What is there to do in Lake Tahoe for young adults?

• For my 21st birthday, I was planning a girl's night in Vegas. Then started thinking about how I wanted my 21st to be special and have close friends come together for a weekend of celebrating. I narrowed it down to any beach house in So Cal or Lake Tahoe. I wanted a beach house because it would be really close to our homes. So, I started looking at prices and realized I wanted a cheaper alternative. So I've opted for Lake Tahoe. So my question is, what is there to do there for us? Our ages range from 21-25. Also, where can I find information on cabins and rules. We want to play drinking games, of course and have bonfires. Any information will greatly help me. By the way the weekend is set for July 27 - 29. Thank you for your help!

  Let me catch my breath and see if I can help you out here. If you want any nightlife, then stay in South Lake Tahoe or State Line. This is where the major casinos and action is mainly located Since you are all 21 and over, you can gamble in any of the casinos I don't know about cabin rentals so can't help you there I doubt if the authorities will allow any bonfires to be made, especially when you are going due to the threat of wildfires occurring. You will have beautiful weather. It never rains in Lake Tahoe from June to October. This is why they don't want bonfires. Things to do in Lake Tahoe----- rent a canoe, kayak, or motor boat jet ski or water ski on the lake hang out at one of many beaches take a tram ride up to the top of Heavenly Valley ski resort or Squaw Valley ski resort take a paddle wheel boat ride on the lake go hiking on numerous trails, mainly around Inspiration Pt area drive the full length around the lake go shopping in either Tahoe City area or the shopping village at the base of the Heavenly Valley tram. gamble go clubbing at the hotels take a drive to Virginia City if you have time attend one of the Shakespeare theater productions with the stage right at the lake Enjoy
