What will happen to technology in 2012 ?

Hello. I So, different cultures on different places in the globe predicted some kind of change will happen in 2012. I was wondering what might happen IF something is really going to happen. I thought that maybe in the end of 2012 something would happen that casts us into an era of "non-technology" like pre-industrial revolution (still lots of technology in this era but you know what I mean). So, do you think this is possible. What's your opinion on the subject of what will happen if something will happen at all. Thanks in advance =)

No different cultures in different places predicted any sort of change for 2012, unless you count the culture of lies, falsehood and making money from suckers perpetrated by assorted wackos, conspiracy theorists and frauds. 2012 will be no different to any other year.
