If police aren't racist , why is the prison system making money if there are more people in prison?

Cops hate people of all colors so stop playing the race card. If you're black and break the law you get arrested, if you're white and break the law you get arrested. It's easy for blacks not to go to prison if they would just stop breaking the law.

Maybe its because America has the most minorities out of every other developed Country in the world. They stick out. Most blacks are in prison for drug offenses, but they're the ones who are caught and convicted. They're the ones who committed the crime. It's only like 9k crimes that go unsolved every year, and even if those 9k crimes were alllll white, blacks would still make up the majority. It’s quite funny how you are asking us to think, when you clearly haven’t the slightest clue what you are talking about. There are three levels of Criminal Justice in America, first of which are the enforcers, the police, secondly, the courts, and third, corrections, or prisons. All three are separate from each other. You’re conclusion that more people in prison equals more money for corporations is bogus. Can you name one corporation that makes a significant profit from prison labor? And America incarcerates more people than the rest of the world because we are the third most populated nation on the planet, and the other two more populated countries (China and India) have a less structured justice system. Here’s the reality. If the majority of people that are currently incarcerated are young men of color, perhaps you should stop looking at every external reason for their incarceration and start with the most obvious, which is that there is obviously something wrong with the culture of young men of color in America.

Black and Brown are committing the most crimes and it costs more to try them and incarcerate them than it would too shoot them on sight.

there are black people who work on wall street. wall street did not pass the drug laws. wall street does not own the police or judicial systems. grow a brain.

Yes... White people force them to sell drugs, and such... White people sneak into their bedrooms while they are sleeping, and use subliminal messages, and give them bags of Marijuana, or tell them to steal a car, or to purse snatch someone..... Damn those white people for making them commit crimes!!!!

If I was in prison I'd rather work than sit around staring at the wall.
