Why did communism fail in the Soviet Union?

Does every form government eventually fail or whatever way you run your economy?

  • like monarchy theocracy democracy or ways your economy works like communism or even capitalism and how cause people say eventually like the soviet union America will waste too much money on war and capitalism will fail

  • Answer:

Capitalism is designed to fail, eventually all the products you have to sell etc. become worthless because of mass control. To avoid it, capitlism turns into right wing dictatorships. Communism would not fail if Communism was left in its own way, but the pressure on communism FROM capitalism is what killed it. America bankrupted the Soviet Union by building and building and building until the Soviets had nothing left and declared eventually the fall of communism.

History is filled with many large Empires. There have been hundreds of types of governments through the years. Rome, Soviet Union and British Empire are all examples of Empires that have collapsed. Never in history has there been a empire that has not collapsed. But does that mean every Empires has to collapse? In my opinion, no. Just because it has always happened up to now, does not really say that it will happen no matter what. A hole everybody falls into, can sooner or later be stepped around if people learn from there mistakes. No one can see the future, and history doesn't always repeat itself. The future of countries like the United States, is unknown until tomorrow.
