How can I get rid of spots on my forehead?

  • I have tiny little spots on my forehead which are really anooying, so I want to get rid of them. I am 15 year old male and have had these spots of about a year. I want to know if there is any products or get a doctor to clear it up. Please give me an answer in detail, link any products, and options. Please do not give me ideas like try toothpaste and professional help would be better. If I can get them removed using laser or anything like that then please tell me.
