How can i remove a flat mole on my face?

So i have a mole on my face that i have had since i was young and i want to know how i can get rid of it with any creams i dont want to get surgery for it will leave a akward scar

However since it is on your face i would suggest you to get it removed professionally Problem is, even a small scar on your face is obvious. Do you want a scar on your face for the rest of your life? If not you can go find a doctor and he will get it off for you with laser. It is painless and won't leave a huge scar. Check your insurance and see if they cover it
