    I'm a wrestler and a triathlete and 5 weeks is enough to lose as much weight as your determination takes you but it takes a lot of work. Cardio is good 5-6 times a week, I suggest going on a run outside rather than on the treadmill. If you want to get the beach bod then hit the gym for some weightlifting and core workouts. The MOST IMPORTANT part is your dieting; you won't get anywhere if you run on the treadmill and then eat horribly the rest of the day. Eat foods low in sugar and fats but high in protein and other helpful nutrients. Healthy foods that I like: Breakfast - Cream of Wheat, Oatmeal, Eggs. Lunch - Sandwiches on wheat with lean meat, chicken, salad w/out much dressing. Dinner - Brown rice, steak, chicken, pasta w/ sauce (on occasion). These foods combined with INTENSE cardio training, weightlifting, and core/ab workouts will get you the bod you want, but you need to take all of these to the next level if you want to get in shape in 5 weeks.

i feel for you! and i cant say how much you will lose but seriously don't strain yourself. eat healthy or just smaller portions. look at your body naked everyday, trust me it will motivate you lol. and as for running, doing that much will deffinitly strain you if your body isn't used to it. so for example, run for 10 minutes, walk for 5 and then repeat a few times. and don't forget to stretch your muscles before and after and drink ALOT of water! good luck kid, ps since you are young, you have quicker and better chances at achieving your goal! :D

Only drink water, and watch what you eat. Avoid chips, candy, fast food, and other foods that are obviously unhealthy. Run five times a week like you said, and wear a sweatshirt while you do it. you'll sweat so much more. I did this in like 5th grade because i had to lose a couple of pounds for football and ended up losing like 12 in a month. So i'm sure you'll lose 10-20 pounds easily.

1-2 pounds is recommended, nothing more than 2 though.

The first two weeks you must loose i think between 5 and 7 lbs in each week, because ur body will loose beside fats other liquids, in the rest weeks i think 2 to 3 lbs in each. You are still young and am sure u have high metabolism, so dont worry u can make it. Add a weight training routine and u will maximize ur results better and better. Good luck

10 lbs weight we can loose in week is healthy. good ting you are orking out so keep this going just like brushing your teeth every morning and watch your food intake. remeber every 3500lbs calories is equal to gain 1 lb of fat. energy in = energy out. this is the key to remain healthy~~~
