How to get a completely flat & toned stomach?

  • I have a pretty small frame (size 6-8) when Im at my goal weight, but I still always had a fair bit of fat to grab on my stomach.     big results take big work so your going to need full body workouts 3-4 days a week.... 40-60 mins a session plus cardio exercise for 30 mins after you workout.. and then do 10 mins of abs.. or at least 5 mins u will burn a lot of fat that way an get more toned

Well I pretty much have a stomach like hers, tho I am "naturally skinny", and I really don't eat that healthy to be honest LOL. But if you really want to get a stomach like that you could do this; 1. Drink loads of water. Do not drink soda or other unhealthy beverages (except for perhaps in the weekends) 2. Do sit ups, as that is really helpful and will tone your abs remarkably much after a while! 3. You need to be "all over"-slim to get that stomach, in the first place. You could jog every second day and such, and eat a bit less- but NEVER ever stop eating! Those tips should help you. :)
