How can I get these hives?

How can i get rid of my hives FAST?

• It's not serious at all but once every few weeks i'll get a random hive on my face (just one) and when i itch it, it will obviously get bigger and it looks like i have a giant pimple on my face! It goes away eventually but how can i get rid of it FAST? like washing it with cold/hot water....? or something else? i dont know ahha.
