How To Count Calories In Food?

Anorexia recovery- i have a huge appetite! should i restrict my food intake and count calories?

  • i used to eat about 500 kcal a day, then i decided i wanted to try and recover so i upped it to about 1500, but i now have a huge appetite, that leaves me consuming about 2500 calories a day. i am 32kg, 5'3 and 14yrs old so i am overeating! what do i do? i need to put weight on, but is this normal? should i just eat when im hungry?(which is always)

    I would make a plan to keep food in your stomach all the time.Eat small meals through out the day.You need to add weight slowly so it is not all fat. example: High fiber cereal for breakfast because it fills you up and fiber is good for us.Kashi is good. snack on apple or fruit simple sand which with a good quality 4 gr fiber bread like MIlton's after noon snack some nuts, whatever you like small dinner of meat fish or chicken and veggies

Maybe your body is trying to make up the calories you needed but didn't get because of being anorexic. I guess keep over eating until ur body goes bak to normal.
