Healthy Lunch Ideas for a Toddler?

In need of Lunch Box friendly healthy toddler food.?

  • my 1 year old daughter goes to a school that serves frozen chicken nuggets and pop tarts so i'm making her lunch from now on. i need ideas for entres. the facility doesn't have a microwave or a way to heat it. also i'm not the world's greatest cook/grocery finder so please throw me something simple. simple, and toddler friendly, and peanut free ....... thank you!

  • Answer:

a one year old should be able to eat most anything an adult eats with some limitations. any pasta or rice hot dish, all cooked veggies all cooked fruit chunks. You could use baby food meat as a spread for sandwiches for her.
