Do you know free applications for universities?

UCAS Track extra course applications?

I applied for two universities on UCAS, they declined, I've added two more applications to my track and haven't really been left a submit button or anything to say they have been put through, is this is a automatic submission once I have added them? I know I don't have to pay anything extra, but hasn't really given me any confirmation that the new applications will be put through. Help please thanks x
