How to learn more about money?

PLEASE HELP! How can I learn to budget and be more organized with my money?

• It's really getting out of hand. I can't live like this anymore. It's stressful and depressing. I hate being overdrawn,I hate having no money,I hate having to find out how am I going to pay for things when I need to. I'm 23 and I really should be more responsible. I need to learn how to be more organized. All of this comes down to me being irresponsible. I usually get paid $760 every two weeks I have my car payment $354.83 Car insurance $140.00 Gas $80.00 Rent $200.00 (I know it isnt much but it's hard) Cell phone $90.00 Gym $29.00 Gas $90.00 (Every two weeks) $180 a month How can I make this workout with having atleast some money to spare and try to save something? Can someone please help me out to organize my bills and figure out what to pay at the beginning of the month and what to pay at the end? The problem is that I'm so disorganized that sometimes it gets out of control and I overdraw and I have to pay fees. This is really stressing me out! Please help me!
