Do you need qualification to do a course to be a babysitter?

Do you need to have a music qualification to become a singer?

  • I was considering becoming a singer or doing work involving singing, however to take a music course at college you need to be at grade 5 in some kind of instrument. However I don't play any instruments so I can't do the course. Do you need a qualification to go into that area or not?

    A skill can be learnt but talent cannot be taught! It does help if you do study it so you come prepared but not always! and to that person who said that stars like adele, jessie j, and lady gaga are serious because they studied, honestly thats nonsence, you dont measure how serious you are by going to college! You will need training and lots of practice. Even if your voice is great, if you sing everyday with no training you will very likely develop vocal injuries forcing you to take time off or quit singing all together. Take basic guitar, piano, and voice lessons. SING EVERYTHING YOU PLAY, the more you sing and evaluate your performance, the better you will become which will attract more attention. Record your self every practice sessions, then listen to and critique your performance, then fix those issues.

It really depends. Some singers are very serious, like Adele, Jessie J, Lady Gaga, and went to music colleges. However, qualifications doesn not always reflect talent, as as far as I know, Morrissey only had 3 O-levels and he is still a better songwriter than all the afformentioned combined. I'm pretty sure if you are good enough, you would be signed, regardless of qualifications. However, if you plan to teach music in the future, it would be advisable to try to gain some qualifications. Contact your local college for more information on the course and your options, and good luck!

you think any of those people got qualifications on xfactor hellll no you dont need qualifications but their are people like brian transeau that have very in-depth knowledge always relating to mathematics but you can pick these things up by experience if you truly want it nothing is stopping you getting it
