How to get a job in the medical field with no degree?

How can I get a job in a laboratory or the scientific field with my science degree?

• I have a BS in Professional Biology and Chemistry. I also have a master's of Science. I have been teaching for several years but no t in a lab setting. How can I get a job in the labs now? Do I need to go back to school to get some more experience? I worked in the laboratories about 10 years ago.

  Once a lab rat, always a lab rat. The problem is most jobs are ordinary. Quality control issues. My cousin worked for a large printing company. He was working with ink, he thought it was interesting for a few years, and then went on to another contract. This is more about networking than anything else. As a teacher, you may have more contacts than you think. If you want to do medical, check all the hospitals and clinics. Find out where they outsource things. Apply to them in person. For the really good jobs, you may have to relocate.
