What can I do after access to nursing?

Access to HE in nursing?

  • i am taking access course this september, i have 1 gcse c in media and english an maths i have level 2! will university accept me?? please help! xXx

  • Answer:

I have all C's in my GCSE's too and have my college interview for the access course in June. As long as you pass your course with the amount of credits you need for the university you want to go to you should be fine, that's what the access course is for.

You wont get anywhere with the GCSE results but the access to nursing course guarantees a placement in uni for a nursing degree but seriously if you didn't pass your GCSE how do you think you will cope with the access course or uni? The access course is a list of subjects in Intermediate level, maths, english, biology, communications, chemistry etc - my daughter done it a few years ago but decided not to go to uni, to get into uni you need A grade in GCSE english, maths and science and various other subjects at a/b level and the same with A levels, Good Luck
