Which capture card to get to record mw3 from my xbox to my computer?

• Im going to start creating YouTube videos of my mw3 game play, but I'm not sure what capture card to get to record. I'm looking at a 100$ maximum. Any suggestions will help, thanks. Also while your reading this, what video editing software do you use/suggest?
