How can I make my Facebook wall private?

  • I have a problem with Facebook's wall feature (privacy). So, I select 'view as...' and it shows me how my profile looks to the public, I click on my wall, and all it shows is the amount of times I updated my profile picture, that's fine. The problem is, I have two fb accounts, and I searched for my other account on my main account (just to make sure the wall privacy worked) and on the wall of my other account I can see all my posts on other people's walls, as well as how many times I've changed my Profile picture. Does anyone know how I can make my Fb wall completely private to the public? I've tried almost everything in privacy settings.

    Privacy Settings >> Limit Past Posts and make sure when you post something it isnt set to public - make sure it's set to friends only using the audience selector

you log into your facebook account and then press the little arrow in the top right corner and the go on privacy settings and then change what privacy settings you would like to have, hope that helped

First you need to get to your Profile Privacy Settings: Now scroll to the bottom of the screen. The third option from the bottom says "Wall Posts." In the drop-down menu next to it, choose "Only Me." Then click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen. Now only you can see your Wall. If you just want to restrict certain friends from seeing it, you can choose the "Customize" option, then type in the names of people you want to see (or not see) your Wall.

Either: 1) go into your account setting and click privet or only visible to a certain age group. 2) go onto you wall/timeline and click the small wiget icon twords the top of the page and cick the privicy settings and click change who views.
