Everytime I try to attach a file to a hotmail email using Google Chrome on my Macbook Pro it crashes?

It is driving me crazy! I can't even force quit google chrome it completely freezes, I have to hold to power button to turn of and on the mac. Why does it do this? Can anyone help

It's not really a permanent solution, but you could try using another browser, like Safari, or another.

Scan for corrupted system files using SFC. Click Start | Run, type "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" & press ENTER. Disable third party add-ons (extensions) from Settings | Extensions. Scan the registry using PCFresher registry cleaner and fix all errors found in Google Chrome registry entries. Then delete user data files: Click Start | Run, type the following folder path: "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\" (without quotes) and press ENTER. Delete the "Default" folder or all the files and sub-folders in it.
