I can't uninstall msn on control panel?

i can't uninstall msn on control panel because i uninstall windows live essentials but then when i click on uninstall which programs it says programs removed when it hasn't removed them! HELP! 10 POINTS FOR GOOD ANSWER

Answer:
Open control panel, then add and remove. On the left side there should be a menu there. Choose add/remove Windows components and scroll through the list until you come to msn and uncheck this box, click OK or Apply. This may not be the answer, but this will normally work since it in no longer related to Windows.
