I want to pay my phone and electricity bill online. Which is the safest and best website to pay all bills. Please suggest me.

Always type the web address of concerned utility in the address bar,observe the padlock symbol[it indicates that site is secured ]there after proceed for the payment

A, it should say on your bill that you may pay online a XX website. B, you should be able to set up automatic payment for reoccurring expenses thru your bank website C (worst choice) use Paypal. A & B are hte most secure methods. utilities don't get hacked very often, and banks even less. Paypal has known problems with phishing and etc. it's likely using a 3rd party like Paypal can result you getting hacked.
