Why do I have severe pain on the entire side of my body that's touching the bed?
-
For the past few months I've been waking up in severe pain on whatever side of my body that is touching the bed. This includes the outer part of my ear, shoulder, and hip. The other day I took a short nap and had a dream that my hip was hurting. I was begging for pain killers from the people in my dream and it hurt so bad it woke me up. I woke to find the pain was real and no dream. Every time I have these pains all I have to do is flip over carefully and the pain goes away after a few minutes. I'm only 29. What could this be? Arthritis? Bad mattress?
