Hey, I've spent a lot of time with standardized tests throughout college. Here's what I have read and found to work personally for me. 1. get 8-10 hours sleep. If you find yourself having trouble sleeping because your mind is racing with ideas you were studying take a 20-30 break to relax, read a fun book or just veg out before bed. 2. Make a study plan with a schedule. This will help you perform better and the structure may reduce stress in your prep time. Just remember you made the schedule and having to change it is not a reason to stress. 3. on the test day visualize yourself doing well. Some research also suggests visualizing yourself in a place you fell safe/happy has a calming effect (I know it sounds corny but "go to your happy place" in your head). Finally, while wikipedia isn't always a reliable source the article on test anxiety has some very helpful additional ideas. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Test_anxiety#Treatment
