Doing a bat mitzvah project?

Please Help Mitzvah Project!?

  • My bat mitzvah is coming up in december, and I need a good mitzvah project. I want it to be unique and different. I am a dancer so i had the idea of giving people who are sick or can't afford dance lessons 5-10 free classes that i can teach. Please let me know if thats a good idea or not. Thanks so much!

    as for poor kids, sure , sounds like a good idea sick people, I don't know, they might not be healthy enough to dance Suer, you can teach what you know or maybe you can raise money for professional dance lessons for poor kids

maybe its just me but -- seeing as you are only 12, I can't imagine your dancing skills are sufficient to realy teach dance. to be brutaly honest -- it fells a bit narcisistic. How about volunteering that time delivering meals to homebound or serving food at a soup kitchen? Or go to some other organization you like and ask them what kind of volunteers they need.
