If I got a DUI in Kansas, do I need to put it on a job application?

If I got a DUI in Kansas in December of 08, and successfully completed diversion, do I need to put it on a job application? This is how it is asked on the application: Have you ever been convicted of or plead no contest to a crime, or are you presently under charge for violating any laws (other than one expunged by a court)?

Answer:
Did you do a differed sentence? If you plead guilty, then you should say yes. If you did a differed sentence, I think you can say no. It won't show up on your record.
