I got in a car accident and my seatbelt was really tight and i flew forward and my shoulder is all cut up from it. It was bleeding and my insides kinda hurt. can i be internally bleeding? I'm only fourteen. And on the palm of my left hand the bone on the bottom of it opposite my thumb sticks out more than my other hand and i also scraped skin off that. Could my hand be broken?? or sprung? should i see a doctor?

Answer:
You have been shaken up and injured. See a doctor for an examination and possible x-rays, soon.

Go to a doctor quick but don't stress out you could possible have eternal bleeding and it sounds like you broke your wrist.
