What looks better in a college aplication?

There's a girl in my college who's 4 years elder to me, she gives me looks whenever we pass by. I'm confused.?

• There's a girl in my college who gives me looks whenever we are in the Mess or whenever we see each other anywhere inside the campus. I am 4 years younger to her, but that personally doesn't matter to me. She's a very sweet girl and the people who know her quite well say the same about her. I like her. But I'm not sure if she's really trying to hit upon me or not. I have not talked to her even once yet. I don't even know her name. The second problem is that the college semester is going to end within 10 days (ie Holidays start on 11 May) Some of my friends say that I should go and talk to her and tell her what I feel about her, if possible, in the first meet itself. Else I won't have a chance for the next 3 months. Now, I consider it very awkward to propose a girl the very first time I meet her just when I don't even know her name!!! Though I know that the girl is very sincere, polite and sweet... She's exactly the kind of a girl that any guy would want to marry. But I'm confused what to do. Nor do I have much time in hand. Please help

  First, just..Talk to her, get to know her. Things Like that sweetie. And at the end of your first Convo, give her your phone number, tell her to text/call. I mean, it`s not that hard to start some sort of conversation. Just be Casual. See her in the halls and simply say something like.. "Are you glad college is ending soon? Most people are.. Ha.~" Something like that.
