How can I find one of these?

How can i rent a warehouse (for 1 night a party) and how can i find one in North NJ?

• Im looking to throw a party.. sort of like a rave / dj concert im expecting around 200 people, there will be loud music, we will serve alcohol, i dont care if i have to get someone with a liquor license... looking to have people able either pay at the door or purchase advanced tickets. my questions are. 1) will i need to get permits? i want to make this as legal as possible so the party does not get shut down. and is it hard to get permits for something like this. 2) how can i find a place that is willing to do this? i will have a sound guy that will be providing speakers and i will have someone for the lighting. all i need is a place that would let me use thier warehouse for a party. i know its possible to find a place because i go to parties like this all the time and i cant seem to figure out how these people find these places.

  No one will do this for less than the value of the building. A group of young adults can easily trash a property, and you are not going to find owners lining up to be the site for your rave.
