Where can I get this guitar? Help please.?

I found the prettiest Breedlove guitar on ebay tonight. And I'm also looking to upgrade my beginner's acoustic guitar.. because honestly the low sound really bother's me. And I would like a "brighter" "happier" sound than a "sappy" one.. if that makes sense. And I would also like something that I can easily write songs with. But I'm also 5'.0". So I'm a petite girl.. and it has to be something I can easily play. And I found this one youtuber who actually uses this guitar. And I like the pretty, happy, bright sound of it. And it looks great too. Here's the ebay link I found it on. http://www.ebay.com/itm/EZ-PLAY-MODIFED-BREEDLOVE-ATLAS-ACOUSTIC-ELECTRIC-GUITAR-PLAYS-LIKE-BUTTER-/251045446317?pt=Guitar&hash=item3a737982ad#ht_500wt_1078 But I would actually like to buy it in a store, for maybe a lower price if that's possible for a Breedlove. I actually tried this shape style at a guitar store, and I like it way better than my regular Hohner which is a basic guitar shape (i guess... without the cut-away.. if that's even what this breed love is). I'm still trying to learn all the terms so sorry if I'm screwing them up. But how much would a Breedlove be that's exactly like this in a regular store rather than on ebay. Because my parents said they would buy me an upgrade after I played a little longer maybe 2 months (I've been playing for a solid month learning basic chords on my crappy guitar.. I mean it's nice and all but I don't think it sounds right plus it buzz's a lot when I play certain chords even though I know I'm doing it right). But how much would a guitar like this cost at lets say Guitar Center. Because I think the youtuber that has this said she got this from their.. but how much would a Breedlove like this cost? Our budget is around $400. Thanks! Sorry this is kind of long, it's taken me forever to find this guitar, and I really want it as an upgrade. How can I find one not on ebay? Thanks again.

Answer:
I have appreciated and play Breedlove guitars. But, anything that is of the label new, and at the price you expect which you mentioned will have been made in China or Korea (better). (I have payed them as well.) Although these models are of the low end for Breedlove, a few do pass for decent guitars. But not nearly for the ones labeled being made in the US. They provide smaller body guitars as 'auditorium' and 'concert' (parlor) sizes that fit quite well against a player without the bulk of the dreadnoughts, but provide plenty of tonal qualities, volume and performance a good player can really fall in love with. But, at a more expensive price. Getting into the thousands. And Guitar Center(s) do carry (just) a few in stock at all times. Yet, I have known a local music store that's been around longer (40+ years) in the business and they (always) have a variety and are exclusive to this brand, among others top name makers. As a beginner, you are really going beyond what you should be most comfortable with, while still learning how to even play and really find out what (all) guitars are about and yet to experience from any of them. You'd be surprised what you can come up with when going directly to a music store with a variety of guitars from which to choose from, and come away with something that will fit your needs and satisfy your continued adventures as a player.

Breedlove's Atlas series starts around $900 new. You are not likely to find one for less than $400 unless it has something badly wrong with it or it's stolen property. You can see that the USED one you linked to has a current bid of $600 and the reserve (minimum selling price) has not yet been met. That should be telling you something. That said, Guitar Center has a couple of Breedlove Passport models for less than $400. There is no reason to expect that they will sound like the one you heard though - and in fact you don't know what the one you heard really sounds like. How a guitar sounds in a video is a combination of the player, the guitar, the equipment used to record it, and the equipment you play it back on. It may sound completely different to the person playing it, and even more different with another person playing. What all this means is that you can only pick out a guitar that's right for you by playing the EXACT GUITAR yourself. And if you're serious about shopping and not just dreaming, look at instruments within your price range.
