17? You type like a 12 year old. Well, if you want to increase the time it takes you to ejaculate, you can use the start and stop method. Go until you are about to climax, then stop. Wait for the sensation to go away, then start again. Repeat this for a good 30 minutes and by the time you ejaculate you should drain your b@lls dry.
