Is this an inner ear infection?

Constant ringing in ear, is this inner ear infection?

• Over the past couple of weeks, I have gotten constant ringing in my right ear, its a high pitch constant ring, I tend to not notice it throughout the day since their are sounds around me, but as soon as its quiet, I can't concentrate... So about 3 days ago I went to my pediatrician ( since I'm only 15) and she looked in my ear and said their was no build up of earwax, and she couldn't see anything wrong. So today I decided to pull down on my earlobe for like 30 seconds, because if it is an inner ear infection, then maybe the fluid in my ear would move idk, but anyway 3-4 minutes after that, the ringing in my ear got extremly loud! I thought it was the tv for a second because it was so loud, but when I stood up and walked about ten feet, it went back to the normal ringing I had before that extremly loud sensation.. what does this sound like to you, I want to year all the possibilities it could be. Also, can you not have to have a build up of earwax to have an inner ear infection?

  it could be a inner ear infection you could have an infection of the ear drum you would really need to see an ears nose and throat specialist for a better diagnosis another thing that can cause ringing in the ear is having an off balanced equilibrium or vertigo normally caused by trauma or could happen from a simple fall have a specialist take a better look and give them all the symptoms you are having good luck hope you feel better
