Hey! Im 13 too, but in year 9! I've literally just completed non calculator maths test, calculator maths test and an english test. Then in June i have a History GCSE and 3 science GCSE tests! Okay, so i was in the same boat as you, except i had 2 weeks to revise, and less tests! Anyway, what i found, was that if you work for 2-3 days studying the material, even though it is boring its the only way it will help you revise! Okay so you can highlight key notes, record yourself reading important parts and even just coming up with a catchy song to get into your head! I'd focus mainly on the core subjects of Maths and Science, say do 2 hours revision after school in the week you have for these two, each. The rest you need to substitute throughout the hours that you have free. Even when your at school and have spare time, take a notebook around with you to do a quick revision session! What i found worked best was to study all the material that will come up in the test, then on the last few days before each test take 2 or so past papers to help you get a feel of the questions, and the style they are written in. I can also say, that when it comes to your GCSE's i would start revising at least 3 weeks before your exam. These tests are only end of year ones, which will put you in different sets, remember not to worry or anything! :) Also, everyone says don't revise the night before, but with my maths test i revised up until 6:30 the night before, and all the stuff i revised then i was so glad i had! But never go beyond 7:30pm on revision the night before, because you need to relax, have a good nights rest and just try not to think about the test! Hope i helped you! Good luck in your exams! :)
