How to study for economics exams?

How should I study in 12th? (CBSE-Commerce-Maths)?

• So I've been in 12th since a month now, and now I wish to get very serious about studies.I know to excel in the board exams I need to get off the internet and study, but i need to make a proper timetable first in order to make the best use of my time. So how should i study throughout the school day? How should i make notes? I am planning to study for a hour n so in the morning before leaving for school, this generally works but when i come back from school, i am usually tired and couldn't study till evening.In evening i go for tuitions (MATHS-ACCOUNTS) so i am not able to study after i comeback..How should i manage my time now? Can you give any tips on managing time,sleeping habits etc? Thank You! P.S: I have comm-maths so my subjects are economics,business studies,maths,accounts and english. :)

  Hey Rajat, after going through your query, i found that you are very keen to be on the top of others but believe me, you are taking it too consciously. its not that much difficult. you don't need to stay away from facebook or your ps2 or your cricket matches or anything so far. but keep one thing in your mind that while studying in school or tutions, don't let your mind diverted. do study a couple of hours a day if you got any time and that will be fine. but once the syllabus got completed in your school(generally in the last week of november or 1st week of december), forget fb or ps2 or cricket matches or whatever it is. Start studying at least 6 hours a day, go out side for 2 hours in the evening. try to do something better than the ordinary in your preboards and that will be enough for securing 90% in your boards. MOST IMPORTANT: Don't be absent from school till november in the name of self study. Try to keep your attendance up to 95% so that you can give a fake medical and take leave from school after the syllabus is completed.
