How Are Black People (Africans) Strongly Associated With Black Magic And Voodoo?

  • I was watchin 'The Skeleton Key' and some old black women said "Voodoo Is A Derivative Of The World's Oldest Known Religions Which Have Been Around In Africa Since The Beganning Of Human Civilization" Are they the ones who created it ?? Is that where the term 'Black' Magic Comes From ?? I'm black by the way. I don't want anyone to think im being racist or anything. Just Curious . . . Thanks.

    no idea of how it started but i know its been existing for more than centuries, even descendants of slaves conmtinued practicing it after they settled down in their new lands such as brazil, carribeans etc. i guess it was a way of life for most ppl, ive heard abt it and i think its true even to im educted but i think those stuffs are true man
