How to forward emails using my contacts list?

I have lost my hotmail account and need help about it PLEASE?

  • few days ago i got an email from my friend in my contact list. there was some link in it on which i clicked but it was some ad ,later on i realised its a spam email which was forwarded to my all other contacts automatically because of which Hotmail blocked my account for safety purposes and asked me to enter my secret question's answer. since this is my very old account that i have been using for the last 10 years so i dont remember my secret questions answer. i didnt enter any alternate email id too so i called on one number i.e 09059150100 which is some customer help service n its cost 1.53£/minute. i called on it twice n they told me some method to fill the form to add some information about my account(like my address, telephone number, my contacts that i sent emails lately n the sunbjects of the emails) that i submitted but everytime they told me this information couldnt match with my account details so they didnt retrieve it. then i called this given no again, there was some moron who took my 15 to 20 minutes n gave me a website help.uk.msn.com . now i dont know which option should i choose n how to contact them? i really wanna get back that account back as all my important official mails are lying in it and my contacts are saved in it. its been happening to people n they do get their accounts back. PLEASE HELP ME in this matter. i shall b very thankful
