How To Make Candy Wrapper Bags?

Why doesn't my make-up look flawless?? please help :(?

  • I recently started getting into make-up and i actually learned the steps before (primer etc)! I especially learned form youtube guru MacBarbie and i even bought some of the stuff she has since it seemed to work perfectly on hers!!!!!! Yet it doesn't even look like im wearing make-up and on the sides of my nose and forehead, it looks flakey!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have any acne problems so i don't know what justifies my make-up looking sucky or like theres nothing there at all 5min later! I don't understand why my skin isn't rocking the makeup like all other girls! :( Here's what i use: hard candy primer covergirl naturelux foundation covergirl transluscent loose powder Revlon photoready concealer/sonia kashuk concealer/make-up designory concealer. (which ever i'm in the mood for lol) BRushes: elf flattop powder brush (for loose powder) normal foundation brush (make-up designary) for foundation! (i know i need to use a stippling brush but regardless i know that isn;t the problem because other girls would rock it either way) the only reason i bought revlon photready concealer was because my friend uses it and she looked flawless. She also wars revlon photoread powder and she loks BEAUTIFUL but i'm sure my skin will look the same regardess of what i use! And my bags are HORRID &also downplays my make-up since they ways make me look sleeepy so that might me one of the problems! (SO i have begun to put cucumbers every night) My cousin also told me that since my skin has to get used to the new make-up i bought about a week and a half ago then it will begin looking better but i have only used it 3 times since (i don't wear make-up much) but when i do, it looks sucky, flakey or if it doesn't look like im wearing anything and my bags ruin the whole thing!!! Any suggestions? Also if you guys recommend any products please do, but i just want to know why other girls wear these same products and have a great flawless smooth look! I am seriously starting to give-up :(

Don;t ever give up, there are definitely many more steps you can take to achieve flawless skin. First of all, wash your face regularly to keep the excess oil off of your face. Exfoliate your face regularly using a facial scrub, etc. This will get rid of any dull, dead skin and or dry patches. It will also smooth down the sides of your pores that stick out past your skin giving your face a smoother base for your makeup. Use a moisturizer before you put on your makeup and let it soak into your skin until its no longer sticky. This will make sure your makeup goes on smooth and will also help with any dry patches. Using a primer will help fill in your pores and make your makeup look silkier and last longer. When it comes to the makeup you use, you need to buy the foundation and powder that's right for your skin. You can do this by experimenting, but that can get expensive. The most efficient way is to look at reviews of makeup written by real people with similar skin types to you. A mineral powder is so fine that when buffed in, creates a flawless face. Although using a stippling brush works for some, some people achieve better results just using their fingers, or a beauty blender. It all depends on what works for you specifically. Use a concealer under your eyes to erase the darkness and to make you look fresh and awake. And never give up, you're not everyone else, you're one of a kind and need to find what works specifically for you! Hope this helps <3

It sounds like you have dry skin. You should moisturize before putting any makeup on. You can even use moisturizer in place of the primer.

It's all about the makeup brush you use it doesn't have to be expensive. Dont get caught up in that with the makeup "guru" community on YouTube it's not true, it just has to be the right kind of brush for that kind of foundation. And the way you use the brush. You want to use a brush that is dense but the bristles are light and even if it isn't a stippling brush use a stippling motion to apply it that will give you the flawless airbrushed look. And if you are using concealer to cover marks or anything make sure it has a smooth silky texture and use concealer before foundation. It makes your skin look more even when using it before :)

You are probably wearing too much. if you have clear skin you dont have anything to cover up so all you really need for everyday stuff is some blush and eye make up (maybe some lip product) other wise it will over power you
