  Vaginas don't tend to be filled with water when a woman swims or baths, some women complain about it after they've given birth but not often and it shouldn't last for very long. Usually the vagina just stays collapsed unless you were to insert something into it in the water. Also, babies urinate in the womb, but the amniotic fluid that the baby is protected by is refreshed regularly so the baby isn't just swimming in pee and it's in a sterile environment whilst in the body, so it's not dirty or full of germs or bacteria anyway. Babies don't poop when they're in the womb, either. Well, in rare cases they can, but this can cause severe problems so it's not normal or to be expected at all. A baby's first poop once they're born is called meconium but it isn't like regular feces as it's made up of amniotic fluid, mostly. Babies don't vomit in the womb either, all of their 'food' is provided by the umbilical cord, they don't eat.
