Why are netbooks so popular?

Why does Dell no longer produce netbooks?

  • I'm looking for netbooks and I like dell over other computers. They used to make them but not anymore. If they aren't making them ever again in the near future, I would like to know of a netbook made by a different company that would possibly just as the same.

  • Answer:

I expect that Dell made a business decision to stop development & marketing of netbooks, probably because they don't offer enough profit margin. You can still find them in Dell's outlet store. Check out the link provided for netbook reviews & a ton of other manufacturers including HP, AT&T, Acer, ASUS, Toshiba, et all.

Other answers

Netbooks are a very risky computer you really have to have faith in a company. The reason is netbooks are magnets for virus because of their low processor and RAM. I would suggest getting an HP netbook, they seem to be the best right now.
