What is the best webcam available?

Hello Everyone, I would love to have a Full HD 1080 webcam with auto focus and whatnot but I do not want to be forking out a ton of money in a manor of speaking as I've seen quite some pricey webcams out there! I don'[t want to be spending too much, however I know if you pay cheap, your paying what you get for, so say around the £30 mark if that's reasonable, however I've not had a webcam for a few years now, hence why I'm asking... Would love any suggestions, recommendations on a webcam to purchase and I am grateful for your time. Best Regards, Tim
