Lost iTunes music!? but I have it on my iPod! how do I get music not from the iTunes store back?

  • my computer crashed and i lost everything ! I managed to get my iTunes music I had purchased back through! but I had music I hadn't purchased off iTunes and i lost it! but I still have it on my iPhone and iPod classic ! is there anyway I can get this music off my ipod and onto my iTunes? also i don't want to put the purchased music back on if I don't have to caus it's already on there and I don't wana have like a thousand doubles!

    In fact, once you've put the songs or video on iPod or iPhone, you can get them out of iPod or iPhone and put them on computer. If the songs are purchased from iTunes. you can easily transfer them to iTunes or computer by clicking "Transfer purchase". I used sharepod when that happened. Managed to copy the music from ipod to computer :) Its free too.
