Mobile phone dilemma?

Tricky Dilemma: Ask her out over the phone or wait for a better opportunity?

  • I've never been the type to believe in love at first sight, but I recently met a girl who just seemed really special to me. And for the first time in my life, I'm terrified of messing it up before it even begins. I have no clue whether she likes me or she's just a friendly person, but I want to ask her out to lunch to get to know her better. My main problem is that I don't really have a lot of opportunities to see her. The good news, though, is that she gave me her number. I'm about to move into a new city, and she said if I had any questions about housing or whatever, I can give her a call. It's been two days since we met. Should I ask her out over the phone or wait a few months when I actually move over there and ask her out when I "accidentally" bump into her in person? Another hurdle is that she's a grad student, and her finals are coming up this week. But a girl's gotta eat, so it should be fine right? If not, then will we lose our "spark" encounter if I wait 2 weeks to ask her out?

  • Answer:

After you finish tht conversation, you can go ahead and ask as you had helped me i wud like to give you a treat so how abt lunch/dinner sumtime. PS: As shes havin exams soon, she might say no... so dont get scared. Am sure its a genuine reason. Gud-Luk
