How do I change the language in Skype?

Why did he have a change of heart?

• I have been talking to this guy on Skype for six months now. We met on a random chat site but we video chated so I've seen him and we always have good conversations, despite the language barrier. He always tells me how beautiful I am and I told him that soon I will go to Europe and we can see each other in person and he was excited. We used to talk every week but ever since then, he's been offline and doesn't go on as much. The last time we talked, I told him the dates and place where I will be. He said he will come to see me one day but didn't seem too excited like he was last time. And we didn't even figure anything out ie, he didnt give me his cell phone number and vice versa. He used to call me baby, honey etc but doesn't anymore. I really wanted to meet him in person so he can show me around, and he said he would before all this so why the sudden change of heart? I will be leaving for my trip tomorrow, should I write him and ask for his number?
