What causes morning headaches?

I might have chronic headaches but I'm not sure?

  • I have headaches very often. I don't know what causes them. It could be from sleeping in a little in the morning, it could be from leaving in my contacts too long, it could be from sitting weird, or even from my wisdom teeth coming in. The thing is, the pain can get to bad that it brings me to tears and it often makes me nauseous. I try taking ib prophen (motrin), I try taken Tylenol, I put a pen between my back teeth to ease the tension but NOTHING WORKS!!!! I'm scared to go to a doctor because it might just be my wisdom teeth and I'm getting those out in May or June. There really isn't a question to this... I just need some help as to what to do.

  • Answer:

You may be suffering from migraines. In this case it is of best interest to see a Dr. for advice and possible medication. Yes it is possible the pain is from your teeth, but it sounds like you are in severe pain and that is not good. Even if you're getting the wisdom teeth pulled, you may want something to ease the pain you are experiencing until then.
