Why does running in the cold make me sick?
-
i know that apparently viruses have nothing to do with cold weather, but EVERY single time i have ran in the cold i have gotten sick. i have gone out in the cold all the time, but when i run i always always always get sick. last week we had one cold day all week and i went running, it starts out as a sore throat for a few days and now my nose is all runny and stuffed and i'm sneezing, i just don't get it. is there some logical explanation for this?

Answer:
Do you breathe through your mouth when you run? It could be from breathing in the cold air.
