Can honey cause Cystic acne?

Honey mask for acne and acne scars, your thoughts? ?

• So for the past 3 days ive been using honey on my face to help with my Acne and acne scars. I put it on for 20-40 minutes a day. I dont have too bad acne but since i hit 16 in febuary its been getting worse. Its just honey you can buy at the grocery store, but its expensive organic all natural honey. I want to know if this will help? And just wondering, if sugar can cause pimples and acne, how can applying honey directly to you face help when it has so much sugar in it? I want your honest thoughts and maybe some ideas please. Thank you :)

  Hi! I find honey masks to be incredibly effective in reducing spots and whatnot and have never caused a break out. Put a teaspoon of cinnamon in the mix to make it even better!
