Please let this question be the end all and be all of which foods consist of a healthy diet?

Albert Einstein With that said, i have searched over an hour, and I perhaps could have searched for another hour and found my answer. I even searched yahoo answers itself, and I still was unclear so I decided to post this simple but all inclusive question of what foods should we eat to maintain a healthy diet. Note: I am aware, as I believe most of those who search online for a healthy diet are, that there is no one diet for all, a healthy diet varies depending on physical attributes, lifestyles etc. DUHHH There has to be a website or some source - one that does not obligate me to be a doctor, or become one in the process of finding the answer. The best way I can phrase this question to get the best answer is... Which and how many vitamins, minerals, proteins etc... do i need in my body per day [or week (these kind of foods one day, these kind of foods the next day)]; as well as the different kind of foods that can provide me these vitamins, minerals, etc... EXAMPLE OF WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR Yes I know it's totally wrong...lol...just an example day1: carbs and protein and vitamin c bread -breakfast chicken - lunch oranges-dinner day2: veggies and fruits only bananas, apples, grapes-breakfast lettuce tomatoes, peas, corn, broccoli salad-lunch kiwi strawberry and a yogurt-dinner etc etc etc........ Again I know this diet won't be the same for everyone, but there has to be some simple formula, after all we landed on the moon, created computers, calculated the speed of light.... if anything else... at least an easy-to-follow website, book or any other source and a bonus answer would be.... an easy-to-follow website, book or any other source that gives suggestions of different portions and foods one should eat considering physical attributes, lifestyle etc... Sorry for the long question and the the sense of sarcasm. I was just a bit annoyed i didn't find my answer, I trust you all understand ;) And a huge thanks to the yahoo answers community, you guys are awesome, especially you Top Contributors. And thanks to all if anyone who post an answer
