How to make a water deck?

• i just started playing yugioh and i wanna know how to make a really good water deck can anyone please help me?? like what monsters,traps and spells

  an essential in a water dek i must say would be the Spell Card Umi which allows yo to Increase the ATK and DEF of all Fish, Sea Serpent, Thunder, and Aqua-Type monsters by 200 points. Decrease the ATK and DEF of all Machine and Pyro-Type monsters by 200 points. an awesome monster would be The Legendary Fisherman and While "Umi" is on the field, this card is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards, and your opponent cannot select it as an attack target and would be a great addition to your water deck. a stong water monster would be White Night Dragon with its 3000ATK and 2000DEF. a normal monster with high attack would be gogiga Gagagigo with 2950ATK. if your into the GX series style cards there are heaps of Elemenatl heroes which are water based. another good spell card would be A Legendary Ocean u cn use that in place of UMI.
