Chances at Penn State University Park?

Hello i am a High school junior. I live in Pennsylvania. I have 4.2 g.p.a weighted and 3.92 unweighted. I am in honor american studies, AP Calculus 1, honors chemistry,honors french 4. My class rank is 62/450. First time i took Sat's i got 1830. 610 in critical reading,640 in math and 580 in writing. I am planning to get a higher score in June. I have very few extracurricular activities but i am able to speak,read and write five languages. Any chances of getting accepted in Penn State Main, i am applying next year. My backup universities are Temple university and Rutgers university. Any chances of getting accepted in those universities? Thank you for answering!
