Does taking coaching for CAT suffice for GMAT or coaching for GMAT suffice for CAT?

I am in my 3rd year B.E. and want to crack CAT. But the YLP program from ISB also interests me for which I need to appear for GMAT. I don't have time for both of them, so which one should I prefer?

If you take up CAT Coaching 90 % of GMAT curriculum is covered You have to just prepare for essay section in addition GMAT is simpler than CAT
